“We have a £50 excess yet every year the renewal documentation turns up with a £250 excess. That is not the definition of a renewal and requires amending EVERY YEAR. The Intasure phone team are less relaxed than they used to be. Indeed the final woman I spoke to - Ashley - was tetchy. Customers are allowed to be tetchy, suppliers are not !”

“My rating relates to the service I received from the lady who dealt with my query and took payment on Wednesday morning. She was efficient, helpful and professional. However I did raise an issue with her which she promised to write up and submit as a complaint. I was less than happy with this aspect of your service/process which left me in doubt as to whether I was covered for the few hours immediately prior to renewal. Roy Brown”

“Very quick and easy to do. Felt like I was talking to a real person , not a robot which is usually my experience these days. He explained everything in plain English, no jargon and I felt comfortable asking questions or for explanations. Great service.”

“Fast, no messing service. Bril! Will use all the time. The guy who sorted my home insurance was polite, helpful and quick. People dont want to take days and hours of their time sorting insurances out. Theae guys sorted straight away.”
