“I telephoned rather than leaving the policy for automatic renewal because the Debit card number I wanted to use had changed. The person on the telephone was very competent and efficient. It was straightforward to pay for policy renewal. It was a little frustrating that we had to go through a complete process of confirming that I was content with various aspects of the policy (which would not have happened if it had been renewed automatically) and that I had to keep saying "No, I don't want any other insurance" or "No, I do not want to receive continuous emails", but I have no doubt the operator was simply following the script she was supposed to follow.”

“Have been very pleased with Intasure since switching our foreign home insurance four years ago. Each year the quote has been competitive with prompt email reminder and pleasant people on the telephone if any clarification required e.g. on this occasion my credit card had changed and it was a pleasure to update over the phone cail which had ensued as payment could not be collected automatically.”
