“An awful lot of conditions and exclusions. Very easy to get it wrong ans be uninsured Phone contact was excellent The true value of any insurance company is when a claim is made and how it is dealt with. Fortunately I have not made a claim yet so cannot give a definitive review, but so far dealing with Intasure has been positive”

“I had a few problems logging in for some reason, but when I called up to see if they could resolve the problem, the lady I spoke to was very helpfull and very courteous. I have been with Intersure for a long time now, and feel very comfortable, and reassured.”

“Most helpful staff who are patient and took the time to go through all the necessary details until I was satisfied that the facts were all correct. They promptly obtained a new cheaper quote based on certain changes so that I was happy to renew again.”

“Tom was polite and chatty but very professional; he dealt with the few questions I had that he could answer, quickly. The one he could not, he excused himself, apologized for the delay on his return and answered the question satisfactorily. Happy.”

“We used Intasure for our holiday let business for many years. They were outstanding when we had major water damage to the property; quick response, no-quibbles for replacements and expert restoration of antique furniture. When we sold the business we recommended the new owners to use Intasure; they did! And we used their professional telephone quotation service them again for our next second home.”
