“I have various schemes with you guys covering my properties in Cyprus, Bulgaria etc but I was amazed when I tried to cover my UK property as the price was mentally high, It made me think to not renew any of them and to search more around but your staff came through and offered other options and in the end a simple landlords policy was sufficient and a normally acceptable premium to boot. You should please understand what the customer wants and provide accordingly as opposed to going for the kill at the outset, it does make people shy away, certainly you very nearly lost me as a client period but I will continue to work with you now I think we understand each other?”

“It is important to keep in touch with customers and understand what they need I have been with Intersure insurance for 15 years and I have had no need to claim - I have been given less expensive and similar quotes but have remained with the company In the future it would be useful to have premium comparisons or premium discount offered due to no claims or low claims in order to reduce the premiums”
