An awful lot of conditions and exclusions. Very easy to get it wrong ans be uninsured Phone contact was excellent The true value of any insurance company is when a claim is made and how it is dealt with. Fortunately I have not made a claim yet so cannot give a definitive review, but so far dealing with Intasure has been positive

Tom was polite and chatty but very professional; he dealt with the few questions I had that he could answer, quickly. The one he could not, he excused himself, apologized for the delay on his return and answered the question satisfactorily. Happy.

I was impressed by the speed and efficiency my renewal was dealt with. There was one correction to be made and I didn't expect to hear back until early next week, but received a call yesterday evening and was able to renew the policy.

I telephoned rather than leaving the policy for automatic renewal because the Debit card number I wanted to use had changed. The person on the telephone was very competent and efficient. It was straightforward to pay for policy renewal. It was a little frustrating that we had to go through a complete process of confirming that I was content with various aspects of the policy (which would not have happened if it had been renewed automatically) and that I had to keep saying "No, I don't want any other insurance" or "No, I do not want to receive continuous emails", but I have no doubt the operator was simply following the script she was supposed to follow.

Dealing with Intasure has always been very easy and straight-forward with all my questions being answered in a comprehensive manner so that I fully understand the coverages I have. Additional beneficial options have often been suggested and explained to me in a helpful way to enable me to choose whether I might like to take them or not. The agents that I have spoken to have always been extremely courteous and helpful, making it a good experience.

both Julian, who talked us through our original quote, and Emily who fialised our quote were very helpful. they explained each component of the quote to us and set our mind at rest that we were adequately insured in each section. Intasure came recommended and I can fully understand why, there was no pressured sales talk ( unlike the original company we were insured with, thank goodness we didnt renew with them)

Rang back when they said they would that's why they got my business. Girl was rather quick fire with the questions. I had to slow her down to enable me to consider various issues. But in the end was helpful and explained the points I was unclear about.

I contacted Intasure to insure my property as I had previously insured my holiday home with them. Their quotes were competitive. The only thing that disappointed me was that I was not advised that there was a charge for credit card payment. It's not a lot but I would have paid by debit card had I known.
