Its easy and straight forward to give you my money, will it be the same should I ever make a claim? I note that in the two years that I have been with you that although I have not made a claim, the price has increased from £126 to £143. Another increase next year and I will certainly shop around.

Good service - Nice guy - called me back after about 20 mins - price ok on my Moroccan property, ....just , so took it there and then! Did not take insurance for my 2 Spanish villas as price way too high. However, good service, and I have what I need. Richard

Overall I think the service is very good. However, in this increasing digital world, the reliance on communication via email can create its own problems. Mine was a perfect case in point. I'm used to getting renewal notices via the post. I particularly find that useful as they get placed on my desk in a special pile that I automatically look at a few times a week to make sure I'm up to date. In the case of Intasure the renewal notice was sent via email. You might think that would be enough. However, in my case, round about mid-March for no reason whatsoever I could no longer gain access to my email and the company I was with was absolutely no help whatsoever. That left me unaware that repeated renewal reminders were being sent. I had attempted to contact as many people and organisations as I could with a new email address, but clearly many have fallen through the cracks - Intasure being one of them. As a last ditch attempt to get me to renew, once I had passed the deadline, someone actually phoned me. Thus my insurance was no longer valid and I didn't know a thing about it. the phone call was the right customer service thing to do, but should have been done earlier when I hadn't responded to any emails, and of course in my ideal world, even a reminder postcard would have made me realise the situation. I know the digital world is here to stay, and it certainly saves companies loads of money, but in my case, I may just have gone elsewhere when I realised I didn't have insurance cover any more. I had a problem sorting insurance for my home which I let out occasionally . We also needed flood cover. Intasure staff listened and sorted everything for me in an efficient and courteous manner. Highly recommend.

The woman at the other end of the telephone was polite and helpful. The policy seems to be what I need. But the insurance industry as a whole is asking too many questions! It makes the process hard.
