“The overall service is good, and the only suggestion would be: Give greater emphasis and guidance to direct BACS transfers. Customers are uneasy about giving card details to any company, and providing the payment included the relevant policy number as the payment reference this would avoid any problems in identifying the payments. BACS payment should be included as a normal option for all premium payments, with the receiving account Sort Code and Account Number provided.”

“Good quote and a prompt reply. Waited a few hours for the phone call back to accept the quote, but it didn't come, so I had to phone back (from my home in Thailand, so it was expensive) and the call was cut off half way through- rather annoying. Everything clearly explained and a prompt processing of the policy.”

“Intasure made it simple to renew our holiday home insurance with a phone call. When I had not responded to their email reminding me of the renewal, they left messages on my voicemail which was useful. They provide all documents by email, and their representative was polite and efficient when I contacted them. The cost of the product was also competitive .”

“The agent only agreed to look to reduce the premium when I suggested that the annual increase was unreasonable. Wht do we always have to threaten to leave before Intasure offer their best price??”

“As usual I got more than 1 quote. Intasure turned out the cheapest but it was the level of cover I was more interested in. They were very prompt in adjusting the policy to meet my needs and the purchase process was very simple. The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say. Hopefully I won't need to make a claim but feel confident that they would perform as well if I did.”
