“My requests to conduct our business over the telephone rather than e-mail was accepted and dealt with very professionally. I was also assured we would receive confirmation of renewal and receipt of annual payment by post, this is really helpful to us. Thank you for all the help dealt with veryc well.”

“Thankfully we've not needed to call upon Intasure's help in resolving any issues that would be covered by our policy for our property in Southern Cyprus. We've been insured with Intasure for 8 years now, before that we insured through a local broker in Cyprus; however, we felt very vulnerable because all of the policy details were printed in Greek. Intasure's Policy is in a familiar format and printed in English. We felt more comfortable with this situation and even more so because Intasure are affiliated with well-respected UK based Insurance Companies. We've always found the advice received from the sales team at Intasure to be clear, so providing the transparency we wanted when deciding where to put our trust with a Company providing a product that we hope to never use.”

“A misleading description on the presentation of the payment options was dealt with politely and efficiently by the telephone representative - Sarah - who then assured me that my concerns over this would be passed onto her manager. I was satisfied with the way this was dealt with and therefore renewed with Intasure.”

“I was called by a Intasure representative in the renewal date of my insurance after the deduction from the credit card on file failed. I was talked through any changes in the policy efficiently and with my new card the renewal was quickly arranged. Thanks for a great service.”

“Holiday home buildings and contents policy was competitive but excess and exclusions very high. Obviously these were reflected in the competitive premium. Owners therefore have to assume a high degree of risk themselves.”
