I have been with Intasure for many years on several properties but the only thing that irritates me is each renewal I have to ask for the previous years discount to be applied.When it would be so much more appreciated as a loyal customer we could rely on the renewal premium being the best available and a loyalty bonus discount applied. This would be a useful marketing tool for you and save on admin and your clients time in querying the premium each year.

We have been with Intasure for many years and have always been happy. Although not the cheapest, the service is good. We have considered changing but as we are happy, we auto renewal each year. We know the payment will be due 26-feb each year. However yesterday, we received a call from Intasure to say the card which the payment is taken from as expired. I gave details for another card from which payment could be taken. On checking the old card, it had just expired and a replacement had been sent with the same 16 digit number but different expiry, security code. No problems so far. It was not until I checked the documents which were sent by e-mail that an extra charge of £9 has been added for admin fee!. 1-Why was I not informed of this on the phone call ? 2-why was this picked up 10 days before payment was due ? After all once I found out about the card expiry, I could have accessed my account and substituted the card details before the due payment date. Sneaky to me. Next year we may not be auto renewing.

Very quick response to all my questions and entertained all the questions patiently. Also it was very easy to renew my insurance once I made the decision to do so.

When I phoned up several times before renewing all personnel were pleasant and helpful . At one point one member of staff who sounded younger and less experienced was slightly less helpful and I got the impression she wasnt 100% sure of the answer herself, so kept repeating the phrase in the booklet. That's only a minor criticism. On the whole pleased.

bit long winded on the phone but got there in the end.,shorter time would perhaps enable hard copy sent.,i'd use all my ink on 20 pages. End price ok, hope they come up trumps should we need it.

I am satisfy for the services before purchasing the insurance but I am not satisfy by your services after purchasing the insurance as still I have not got the receipt of my payment.

You needed additional information from me which I was unable do to provide you with until I returned from holidays asks yo to remind just before my return home.You did do as I had requested.The phone revie of the insurance policy was done efficiency.
