Good service so far - setting up the policy. The proof of the pudding will come if I have to make a claim.

I have not encountered any problems when renewing our house insurance. The customer services representative I spoke to when last renewing the policy was able to give me a reduced quote from that quoted on line which was appreciated and very helpful.

Very thorough instructions of insurance cover. However, she spoke rather too fast, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

There was a problem with my card which had been updated. However I was not informed of this until late in the morning and again in the afternoon. As I was extremely busy at the time I missed the first phone call and refused the second thinking that it was yet another cold caller. It was not until the evening that I found that there was an email. As this was about six o'clock on a Saturday there was nothing I could do about it and my house was uninsured from midnight on the Saturday until the Monday morning. The young lady I dealt with on the Monday was extremely helpful and efficient but she did say that there would have been an email before eleven o'clock. I have since checked my spam and trash boxes and cannot find any email. I think that more time should be given to allow such problems to be sorted. I would like to apologise to Adreinne for being rude to her but I am frequently disturbed by cold callers and she rang at a particularly difficult time. As it happened no damage has been done but I feel that more noctice

Too much info to process quickly over the phone. Confused as to whether policy had altered since previous year. Would have been better to just be told the changes and that's it. Otherwise the personal side good.

when I renew contract on a yearly base the service and information provided is very good. Regarding handling of claims I cannot comment as we never had to claim Best regards Stefan

I decided to go with Intasure because compared with the quotes for the same cover the comparison sites never bettered Intasures. It even come out joint top in the "Which survey" for Liability cover. Sales support is good and they use UK call centres.

Have only needed to re-new/ have not needed to claim so can only say things have been managed efficiently so far as this goes

I shopped around for suitable holiday home building and contents insurance. Intasure had the most comprehensive policy without many of the conditions that lesser offerings had. I was also impressed with them on the phone when finally purchasing the insurance.

When insuring a second holiday property I queried a renewal on another property and was told I would get a call back from department looking after existing policies. Still waiting

Easy to renew policy over the phone but was disappointed to have pay a £5 transaction fee, which doesn't seem to be shown in the initial price shown on the renewal letter! The price does seem to keep increasing quite a lot each year considering the size of the flat I am insuring and I have made claims in over 10 years! I may have to look elsewhere next year.

I have found your telephone staff to be very pleasant indeed and they listened to what I had to say and my concerns regarding the underwriter's decisions. They did not fob me off with excuses but promised to look into the matter which - in each case - they did. Very professional and calm.
