Intasure were easy to deal with and answered all questions atraight away without having to refer back. Would be interesting to see them in a claim situation, selling is always a different matter

Overall , we as a club are quite pleased with Intasure. However , we would like to record our slight dissatisfaction at this years annual increase, which is double that of the previous year. Even the transaction processing charge increased this year by £2.61, compared to the previous years increase of just 15p. What is the reason for these increases? We would value your explanation please

Although very professional and helpful, the representative on the phone failed to advise me that the policy was email only. I feel this is an important piece of information and should definitely be pointed out.

The lady who called me was persistent enough to get the business and was professional on the phone and was attentive, bright and self confident. However from a commercial point of view. I do not understand how I can have 3 years no claims on very expensive insurance and then receive a higher quotation than the previous year. This aspect makes staying with one company an irrelevance and therefore gives clients like me an option to go with the cheapest quote as there is no motivation to do otherwise.

Intasure have been providing me with a reliable Uk based insurance service for our Greek holiday home for some years now. They are competitivly priced and their policy provides comprehensive cover that includes damage caused in the event of an earthquake.

I was contacted when the insurance was due, and dealt quickly on the telephone. However I did enquire regarding our car insurance in Cyprus, and you were unable to help with this enquiry.

I initially tried to log on to the portal to renew my policy without success. I was subsequently informed that there were technical difficulties with the site preventing me from logging on. However, I was very impressed with the email reminders and phone calls from Intasure to follow up why I hadn't yet renewed. All handled very efficiently and politely on the telephone and documentation emailed to me promptly. Well done Intasure but would very much like the Internet portal login process to be sorted out.

The process was quick and pretty much as expected. As I am already an Intasure customer there were no surprises. I did have a slight quibble - the subsidence claim excess of £2,500 seemed, excuse the pun, excessive given that my other property, which is already insured with Intasure, doesn't have the same excess and is just around the corner!

The service was efficient and I appreciated the speed with which I received the documentation. Marginally disappointed that the premium had escalated but I understand it is a difficult time for the industry.

I appreciated the fact that someone phoned me to remind me that I hadn't responded to your renewal reminder, sent by email, which I had overlooked in the run up to Christmas. The operator was thorough but pleasant in helping me to renew over the phone.

I promised one of Intasure's Team Leaders (Carly Moore) before Christmas that I would provide my feedback on Customer Service and whilst I had to 'gee' them up a little before proceeding with this response, I have to say, having insured my property in Crete with Intasure over the last 9/10 years, I have always been completely satisfied with the attention I have received from successive Advisers - so much so that I've recommended a number of friends who've subsequently bought properties in the area, to Intasure.
