“Finding holiday home insurance requires quite a bit of research. Plenty of Insurers say they offer these products but then severely restrict the level of cover, and haven't really adjusted their policies to the specific needs of the holiday homeowner. So far I have found Instasure to offer a good level of cover at competitive rates. I haven't had to claim, and fingers crossed won't need to, however so far the experience has been positive and I would recommend them. They're up-front and clear about what is in & out.”

“Have just renewed our policy but wanted to change payment method from DD to one off payment. Couldn't do this on-line and had to go through an advisor, who was very helpful, but it would have been more convenient to be able to do it through the portal. Very efficient and friendly advisor.”
