“Good follow up to queries, always call back when asked. Only suggestion would be a facility to renew the policy on line..... Living overseas with a time difference I find it inconvenient to have to arrange a phone call to make payment”

“The staff are always polite and helpful. I do however get fed up with the constant annual increase in premium amounts on the renewal quote. I am grateful these are reduced if I call to discuss the quote but why not just quote the reduced price to start with. Its just annoying and time consuming.”

“We have had Intasure cover for our holiday apartment in Bulgaria for some years and have found them very helpful at all times. This time was no exception. My only warning is that customers must check that they have exactly what they thought they had asked for. Our fault for not checking but we found the contents insurance had vanished from our policy and that we had only been partly insured for a couple of years. Scarey as it also limited public liability! This was well dealt with and they even agreed to include the contents for the 2 weeks left on this year's policy.”

“I've never had any problems with this insurance company. This year my insurance could not be automatically renewed as my card details had been changed and I had forgotten to pass the new details on. Intasure waited as long as they could and then contacted me which I appreciated. They also made sure that everything was covered properly.”

“I found the staff very helpful and very responsive. They answered all my queries quickly and arranged the quote in good time. The quote was excellent and I have taken the policy. My only slight criticism is that some of the detail of between I got and what I wanted is a little vague following my discussions and I could have done with more clarity. However I was rushing the adviser so this is probably down to me.”
