“Staff helpful and friendly on the phone. I was insuring a property in Egypt and had problems with supplying the full address but your staff contacted the underwriters and put a temporary solution in place in order for the insurance to become active.”

“All very efficient. However, I do have one issue. I insure a number of properties and when you receive renewal quotes / policies, it is difficult to establish which (insured) property it is for. Please include this information in the covering e mail / letter Mark Trattles”

“Phoned to renew my Holiday Let insurance, very helpful and knowledgeable lady dealt with my request efficiently. She had to read out the usual T & Cs etc which is always a bit of a pain along with the detail of my insurance, but that actually made me realise I had an excess on the policy above the value of most of the things being covered! I adjusted this instantly with just a small increase in premium and renewed. One criticism is that I then got 3 identical confirmation emails!”

“Once I had got t hrough, the person who helped me with the form was very helpful indeed. However, no-one phoned me back initially even though I had given them 45 minutes to do so. It is stated online that customers will be phoned back within 15 minutes... However, I am more than pleased with the sum quoted for insuring my holiday home in the UK so thank you.”
