“Very quick and helpful service”

“I renewed contents insurance on telephone. I am not sure why it is always necessary to repeat warnings etc. (which are always raced through and barely understandable) when they are already set out in the documentation received. It would have been more helpful to point out that the premium had jumped 9% and explain why this had been thought necessary.”

“Initial contact was by using an online quote form. This was well laid out and easy to use. I then phoned to talk to an agent to confirm that the product was right for me. The information in answer to my questions was given clearly and efficiently. I would recommend I taster to friends.”

“At first I didn't get a great impression because my email was not replied to and when I selected the renewals service option on the phone, it just rang and rang until an automated message said the office was closed. I rang back and chose sales as an option and then had a very different experience, with a genuine, helpful, nice person on the other end of the line. It changed my initial poor impression into a good one and that is the impression that is left with me.”
