“Prompt contact near renewal date, strait forward clear renewal discussion by phone, friendly service. Have insured our Crete Villa through Intersure for quite a few years now, only fly in the ointment , previously renewal premiums have only increased by small amounts but this year it has risen much more. Come next year I will definitely compare the renewal premium with other Overseas property Insurers rates for pro rata cover though I will be reluctant to move because my wife and I have been very happy with the service and cost, let's hope the next renewal premium is competative! Chris H.”

“Just renewed my insurance, the lady I phoned was polite and efficient. The only problem I have is the so called transaction processing charge. It cannot cost that much to do a debt card transaction. The policy premiums shows taxes and other charges So why another charge later if you do an annual payment?”
