I guess you have a lot of customers all over Europe. I would advice you to speak a little slower on the telephone. Though we understand and speak the English language quite well, sometimes it is a bit difficoult to understand when you speak very fast and also have a spesial accent...

Intasure sent the renewal papers through in good time. They telephoned on two occasions to remind me not to forget to renew. I telephoned them, at my convenience, to discuss the renewal. They were friendly and approachable and answered questions. Overall a good experience dealing with this company

It took me several times to get through to renew but maybe this is because I live in Brazil. Anyhow, appreciate the service, not many providers offer insurance for a tenanted property whilst the landlord livies abroad, so many thanks.

Very well admdministered company with clear policy wording, giving clarity to what is and is not covered. Third party liability to £5 million, a benefit which Turkish insures do not provide

On the whole the service was a very good, the only problem I had is the transaction processing charge which has gone up by 40% of the last year that's without the 15% policy rise. But the staff on the phone were very good

I am irritated by the way they present the cost of insurance cover in my quotation because I have to pay the cost f insurance and then a transaction charge in addition, the amount depending on whether I use a credit or a debit card. The point is that the transaction charge is in effect unavoidable or compulsory, It feels disengenious to imply I can avoid it.

I had occasion to telephone Intasure regarding the renewal of an insurance policy. The person I spoke to went through a number of security checks and then dealt promptly and efficiently with my query. I was quite happy with the service given.

I didnt feel pressured at all regarding renewal of caravan ins. I did however feel girl did not fully understand a question I asked regarding renewal policy should the worst case scenario hapoen to our caravan. We did get there in the end. Maybe me.

Hi ,would just like to say,intasure are always reliable and extremely prompt . I never have any problems with communications or asking for and receiving information. The only down thing I would say is I have been insured for several years with them claims free and I don't understand why there is an increase in premium payments. In Ireland the majority of company's would reward the customer for claimsm free. However I must add intasure are always open to negotiation on the price at time of renewal. Peace of mind at the end of the day is very important,,I'd say they have that concern covered....

Paperwork excellent, and use of English good and clear. Apart from a) an initial mistake about our renewal date, b) the multiplicity of exceptions and let-outs, c) having to pay to pay you. Telephone handling excellent and sensitive, apart from a) having to pay for the call myself, from Greece, on my mobile because: b) your website did not work at all for me; in particular the "change password" routine failed entirely four times, even though I used the nine (?) digit number every time. I consider it unreasonable to be confronted with "Access Denied" so many times. MH

Excellent response time to initial enquiry. Very helpful whilst dealing with my quotation, which in turn was very competitive, and so I had no difficulty in making my decision.
