I was quite happy with the service I received. my only slight criticism is that I telephoned on the day I received the emailed renewal letter with a view to paying the premium, only to be told to ring again some days later as renewal payments could not be accepted until 3 weeks before the renewal date. To avoid customers having to phone twice perhaps renewal letters should not be sent out until at least the date on which renewal payments can be made.

Having received a call from you about an increase in Greek tax on our house insurance, we were confused to find that our annual premium had been substantially increased from the original renewal quote anyway without us being notified. The matter was dealt with, and after discussions with a member of your team, our premium was reduced somewhat and we were satisfied with the outcome

Very helpful phone call to Julie who sorted out an acceptable premium for our house insurance. 'Good' rather than 'very good' because I had great difficulty with the website - access to 'My Policy' was impossible.

your representative was helpful, answered all questions efficiently and, of particular note rattled through the usual t&c to minimise the time on phone which can be dragged out annoyingly by other Companies--appreciated

Friendly staff who are pleasant and helpful to deal with. My renewal was apparently sent by email and I never got it but luckily they followed it up when I didn't renew and I was able to ask them to resend it. Once it arrived I called the helpline and amended some of the summary details and this produced a reduction of a few pounds.....well every little helps! I would have been happier if this follow up had been done by phone earlier than the day it was due to run out as it didn't give me time to compare it with other companies. For that - loss of one star.
