Good service, fair price and quick turnaround. Still waiting to hear from the finance company but all in all very pleased. I hope I won't need to make a claim which is when I'll really find out how good the service is.

Good, friendly service giving lots of information . Only reason for not giving 5 * was because the operator spoke very quickly. I feel an older person would struggle to take on such a lot of information at such speed. I was happy with the times call back. Both times they were punctual. I would recommend them to others.

Only niggle was that I wasn't to my knowledge rang back with my revised quote on my new mobile number but other than that everyone I spoke to was efficient and pleasant and not too long a waiting time.

Lady on the 'phone was very helpful and covered all aspects well. Queried the transaction charge which I regarded as a "rip off", another example of companies adding costs which cannot be justified. If you need the additional money then include this in the premium and be honest. Following this there was a subsequent review of the policy and a discount given as a loyalty bonus. Also, not happy with automatic renewal and requested that this does not apply when the time for renewal is due.

Very good service good price, used before to insure my fathers home, when he went into a care home. Tried several other companies / brokers who either couldn't insure or where a lot more money. Have not had the misfortune for a claim, and that sometimes is the best way to review a company I think. Overall no complaints at the moment

Helpful staff on the phone - I had 2 transactions and when I was transferred to the second staffer she had been told who I was.

They got back to me really quickly with the initial response and very quickly with the actual quote. Spoke really quickly going through all the clauses, had to keep asking them to go through them again slowly and there were a lot of clauses and exceptions to go through!

Intasure was recommended by Hiscox (who were unable to offer me the product I needed). It took a number of calls and ring-backs, dealing with three different people, to finalize the policy, which is extremely verbose, but a satisfactory conclusion was reached. I would wish that these policies told you what they DO cover you for, rather than pages and pages telling what they DON'T...

My experience with the website was a nightmare - hence the good score rather than very good. The fact you called me back quickly after my email was fab. The advisor who called was excellent and helped immensely. The lady deserved a very very good rating.

We have just taken out insurance on a holiday home we are purchasing in Spain. The process has been very efficient and all our queries about cover have been answered swiftly and very comprehensively

Quite easy to renew my policy and generally satisfied with levels of service and the policy itself. One minor niggle is that the contents limit is automatically increased every year (which increases the premium), which I have to phone to adjust downwards as it's not necessary.

Appreciate receiving phone call as a reminder that insurance is due. Easy dealing via internet too. Have used Intasure for a few years now and although the price has increased slightly each year, it is a small amount.
