I did get the insurance I required,somewhat different from the norm,but it appears some employees are better informed than others. But my insurance is now up & running a great weight lifted,thank you

Insured my Engineering company for the first time with Intasure, they offered me a Fast and efficient quotation over the phone and confirmation via email. They were friendly and helpful staff. And gave me a Great price to boot......win win win!

The people I spoke to were very helpful and I was able to obtain insurance that had been unavailable from a household name insurer. Happy with the service provided with efficient communication by both email and phone.

We found the intasure team very professional and efficient in general, we do think some emails and calls were duplicated - for example we had agreed the qoute and contract and the documents were issued, yet received an emailthe next day asking if we wanted to go ahead.

Very efficient. Reasonable increase in premium each year, so do not have to haggle. If only other insurers could do likewise.

A good policy . But when trying to renew, rang the office to be told all reps are busy and will call you back in about 1/2 an hour. 4 days later I had to ring back as no one had rung. All sorted in the end with a reasonable price. Although I can not understand why the cost of stastic caravan insurance in a lot more than insureing my house which is worth 6 X the cost of the caravan.

After submitting the e-mail request for a quote I was requested to fill another form in because a result quote had not been generated from the Insurance site post code. I questioned this. Not so good that I may have had another form to complete had I not questioned the point. Good that you tried again (from my initially provided information) and promptly generated an e-mailed quote. Telephone verification process was very efficient ( Carly). Good combination of process speed and ironing out relavant details. Follow-up and payment process- fine. Provision of all necessary policy details before verification process also very good. Well presented documents. Registration process was confusing and could nt escape from a never ending circuit.However, the opportunity to solve this by receiving a complete " hands-on" guide from Emma Clegg was quite excellent. She was , clear, patient and helpful. This is a very important important service which many e-mail based businesses do not operate satisfactorily. ABOVE ALL, AT EACH STAGE I WAS ABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE APPROPRIATE PERSON BY TELEPHONE, AS NECESSARY, AND WITHOUT DELAY. THIS WAS A PARTICULARLY WELCOME ASPECT OF YOUR PROCESS The "good" would be "very good" if the self registration process had been better. Best wishes Richard Walker

Person I spoke with was very helpful and answered all my questions with confidence. We have been using this company to insure our property abroad for several years and always found premium very competitive. Will continue to use in the future.

Pleasant to deal with, no problems. I'm not sure I fully understand the modern business model whereby loyalty is penalised, but this was easily overcome by talking on the phone.

Your service, in general was good, but I was surprised to receive an e-mail asking if I was still interested in your offer, a day after I had accepted it. The general service is good but unfortunately your Safari internet connections do not work therefore opening up documents is nigh on impossible
