Service is usually pretty good for renewals - fortunately I haven't needed to make a claim so can't comment on how good that part of the service is. Would like to see loyalty better rewarded and perhaps other policies as alternatives.

The sales representative was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions, and then pointed out a few things that I'd not considered. Not pushy at all, I got the impression nothing was too much trouble. I had to amend a small detail on the policy within the first 24hrs, again the customer service was second to none. I needed the amended policy very quickly for my solicitor, it was with them 4 minutes after I called. Fantastic service. Thanks Barry Haresign Castleford

It would be useful to have a direct side by side comparison of any changes from year to year, or after amendments, to enable the customer to quick-check differences, and assess suitability.

Very efficient service. fast and easy to renew insurance. Would like a no claims type bonus as insurance expensive but this is the norm for the insurance industry.

The full policy wording I was originally printed off the web site weren't 100% the same as those the agent referred to during one of our early conversations, so the agent emailed me a PDF of the wording she was referring to. Aside from having to re-read the whole document again, it wasn't great having to pay to print off another 66 pages. Not everyone has a home printer. Other than that the service from the agents was great.

First time I called I was cut-off when I went through to the extension, however, second time was picked up immediately. Very efficiently dealt with for my increases in policy cover, but some hesitation in confirming precise details of specific policy limit. Overall no problem.

Staff were helpful and the renewal of my landlord insurance was quick and simple. Intasure have provided my cover for 3 years now without any problems although I have not had any cause to make a claim.

Pestering phone calls to see if I am going to accept the offer. The proof will be in the pudding if a claim arises! This is the only time that I can review the service that a company is being paid to provide.

I was happy with the service I received. I accidentally deleted my renewal quote and was unable to retreave my details. Fortunately I wall called again and was able to complete my insurance renewal without the hassle of going through the whole process again with another provider.

The actual renewal process was fine. There was a bit too much script offering me other services. Once I've said I don't want to hear about car, home, other insurance, I'd rather not be asked again!

My only concern is that when the representative goes through details over the phone it is done at break-neck speed so if any applicant is elderly it's really difficult to take everything onboard. I understand you have targets to meet but please can people speak more slowly.
