“Hi I have been ins, with you for three years Ham Radio ins, . Went to renew last week by phone none of the numbers I had used before would work . I then started to panic as you do thinking the worst thoughts. Ok after some searching I found a number got through to a very nice lady Julie, she sorted my ins, for me . Please can you keep the tel, number she gave me. Regards Dereck G0LJJ.”

“Very competitive price for my caravan insurance but I object to the transaction charge levied even when paying with debit card. Transaction charges are usually associated with credit cards, not debit cards. Easy procedure for renewing over the 'phone but no facility for renewing on line as yet. Overall the best value for money that I could find after a comprehensive search.”

“Once registered had great difficulty submitting temporary password to log on, wasted too much time trying repeatedly. Customer service rectified this problem with help from Cathy would advise clearer instructions and simplify current method to log on stage.”
