“still waiting for reply to emaIl sent last night reference other shops not listed on insurance policy .... after telling the chap last week I need the policy to cover all my shops but no mention only my Main company registered shop. So awaiting amendments to be sent to me as policy starts 1st July 2016... kind regards Mr Mike Willis company Director / Owner”

“I had difficulty trying to register with the portal, confusing information. However I received the requested call back promptly the next morning. The young lady was polite and knowledgable .She assured me when I asked that I wasn't the first person to encounter that difficulty so perhaps it should be looked at? Otherwise happy to do business again .”

“Great customer service considering it was my first time renting and needing insurance, everything was explained clearly. Not really sure how price compares because I didn't look around much, I just rang for a quote but it seemed very reasonable so I went ahead.”

“Very professional and thorough. I found agent very helpful and polite at all times. My only reason for Good rating was it took a few days for an agent to get back with a followup call to my already half completed quote which was a shame as it was important to get insurance sorted quickly.”
