“I was very impressed with the service obtained from the members of staff I spoke to on the telephone at Intasure. My query was quickly and efficiently handled and they met all promised deadlines for contacting me to help me find the correct insurance policy to suit my needs. My Enquiries were confidently and courteously handled and resulted in me taking out a policy that was very competitively priced. I feel encouraged to use Intasure again in future.”

“The simple procedure of renewing my existing policy proved protracted with numerous phone calls from Intasure requesting further information each time. As a result. the renewal date passed and I was uninsured for some days.No credit was offered for the period of non-cover. Luckily I did not have to make a claim under the terms of the policy, but remain disappointed with the poor quality of service”

“Very efficient, I received my renewal documents about three weeks prior to the policy finishing, had time to read. I am set up to auto renew which is always better as guarantees continued cover. However I had replaced my payment card and had not realized they had my old one so they called me for new details. As I said very efficient and straight forward and would definitely recommend them”
