“I am very satisfied with Intasure. I spent ages trying to get cheaper insurance through a broker and he wasn't able to undercut price given by Intasure for Land lord insurance.”

“Quick and easy quotes, and very friendly telephone ops. Would certainly recommend to anyone. They quote was the same price as my previous insurers, but was a new for old policy as opposed to 'whatever we say' one.”

“It is important to keep in touch with customers and understand what they need I have been with Intersure insurance for 15 years and I have had no need to claim - I have been given less expensive and similar quotes but have remained with the company In the future it would be useful to have premium comparisons or premium discount offered due to no claims or low claims in order to reduce the premiums”

“The member of staff I spoke to was clear and helpful and made it all seem perfectly easy and painless. She struck an excellent balance between being clear and professional and friendly and helpful. I was asking myself why I hadn't chosen to insure my French house with an English based insurer before. I will be back next year and will recommend Intasure to friends with French houses.”

“Buying insurance for a property abroad can be a bit daunting but Intasure made it quite easy. I've been with them for 4 years and luckily I haven't had to make a claim but if I did I know exactly how to do it and have full confidence that Intasure would respond quickly. I know that this review looks like an advert but I can assure you that I am just a normal bloke with a property abroad with no infinity to Intasure.”

“The initial quote request went well, however I subsequently received a revised quote at a higher premium although the premium increase was not highlighted in the covering email. When I called to bind the quote I was told that flood was excluded when it had been included in the original quote. It was at this point I discovered the premium increase which meant that the quote was more expensive than my expiring price. I therefore declined to buy. In spite of this I am still getting calls from Intasure and have now received an email thanking me for buying the insurance and asking me to complete this survey!”

“Rather than buoy the insurance online I telephoned to speak to agent as I like to gauge how calls are handled. Call was answered quickly, agent went through policy, was able to answer any queries, friendly and helpful.”

“This service is so helpful and sympathetic to people like us who are living overseas but need UK insurance. Intasure do not see as weird aliens doing something peculiar, but as people living an international life and needing help to keep everything working fine at home while they are away. They reassured me that they could help me easily and simply. What a relief!”

“The information was present very professionally but all I wanted to do was renew the policy. It may be better to list an option to just renew the policy only, for those clients that are requiring a quick renewal service. Yours faithfully Brian Colligan.Dip.PFS.”
