“I was very unhappy that you charged a transaction fee when I paid for my policy with a debit card. You had my money instantly!!! how can you justify charging for receiving it?????? I understand if it was on a credit card or credit but not on a debit card. I thought there were new rules regarding charges I will look into it”

“As with most people we take out insurance for whatever due to the fear factor of anything happening either to us individually or to our property/vehicles. I've not had to make a claim but from what I have heard from people trying to make a claim their insurers try all ways to make the claim invalid. Yet we continue spending thousands because of the fear factor.”

“A misleading description on the presentation of the payment options was dealt with politely and efficiently by the telephone representative - Sarah - who then assured me that my concerns over this would be passed onto her manager. I was satisfied with the way this was dealt with and therefore renewed with Intasure.”

“Very courteous and helpful staff who patiently clarified all my enquiries and questions. I was even given the option to pay nearer the renewal date to space out my credit card bill. Moreover Intasure are consistently the best value insurer for my holiday property and their cover is quite comprehensive. I have been with Intasure now for over 6 years for my Spanish Holiday Property”
