Insurance was completed over the phone very efficently , very helpful staff guided me through step by step and gave me a very good price , Highely recommended .

i was dreading seeing my home insurance quote this as usually after you switch to a new provider the following year they hike the prices. but this year with intasure it was different , the price only increased by £15 the renewing process was very easy. well intasure i wish other companies would do as you do and try to keep repeat business . see if you can keep me for a 3rd year next year :-)

I was called by a Intasure representative in the renewal date of my insurance after the deduction from the credit card on file failed. I was talked through any changes in the policy efficiently and with my new card the renewal was quickly arranged. Thanks for a great service.

I was very pleased with the service received from Intasure and the easy access to reach someone knowledgeable by phone to answer my questions. I was happy to find such insurance for our holiday home and to know that all our needs are covered. Lucinda at Intasure combined giving me the required contract certainty information with the offer of a reduction in the renewal premium and taking the premium over the phone by credit card. This was together with explaining one or two aspects I had asked about. Excellent service!

Holiday home buildings and contents policy was competitive but excess and exclusions very high. Obviously these were reflected in the competitive premium. Owners therefore have to assume a high degree of risk themselves.

These guys are really helpful when it comes to helping you get insurance for your small business, especially as an online retailer in the UK its difficult to get insurance cover specifically for online related activities. We found the staff really helpful in trying to get us the insurance our business needs with simple friendly advise and the insurance was setup in matter of moments effective from day 1. I would recommend these guys for anyone who is thinking of getting insurance for their small business. Keep up the good work we hope you get more satisfied customers like us joining you.

We received very good support during a claim last year and were thoroughly satisfied. Despite a significant rise in premium this year we feel that we receive value for money. The only reason for not giving a higher overall score is the lack of transparency concerning the added cost for paying a premium as one payment rather than by direct debit. This was only made clear when I questioned the amount I was quoted on the phone in comparison with the premium I was expecting to pay.

Very helpful and efficient. Great at tailoring cover to meet our specific needs. It's so nice to be able to talk to "real" people who actually understand that a "one size fits all" approach very rarely works. So far have been very happy with the level of service.

Very polite and helpful although I still cannot understand the need for a transaction fee when paying the whole amount in one go via direct debit. Yes a credit card should attract a fee but why a debit card. I recall that a year or two back some airlines were making a charge for debit card payments but after complaints this was dropped leaving a charge only for credit cards. Why are insurance companies exempt from this ruling?
