“My requests to conduct our business over the telephone rather than e-mail was accepted and dealt with very professionally. I was also assured we would receive confirmation of renewal and receipt of annual payment by post, this is really helpful to us. Thank you for all the help dealt with veryc well.”

“I have had the need to contact Intasure twice recently. The first was to enquire about the major loss of water from a leak in a garden pipe. Ellie handled the enquiry very professionally from the outset and was constructive and helpful throughout. The second was to renew my policy regarding the premium and again you advisor was very helpful and answered all my questions as the renewal was while the claim was under consideration I have always enjoyed my contacts with Intasure from the outset when I first found them and made enquiries about the installation of solar panels on my roof. Again your Technical Director was very constructive. All in all I think Intasure is a really great Insurance company....one of the 2 best I have ever been associated with over my lifetime...so many thanks”

“I have found dealing with intrasure a pleasure , quick, easy, great cover and easy to understand policy, I have never had to make a claim but i hope if anything go's wrong I will receive a similar excellent service . I was with a local Italian agent in Italy and it was so time consuming and they were very awkward to deal with and of course the language problem !! best regards richard clery”
