“Details were taken from me wrongly, to return home to threatening letters when the mistake was not mine and for the massive amount of £12.69 is laughable. Then after various calls to then receive an email of my new bank details with my name on the mail but the wrong spelling on my details is seriously poor. The onus was placed on me like some form of criminal despite being the only one trying to resolve the situation. Had I realised how difficult it would be to get simple house insurance I may have tried elsewhere.”

“On this occasion all I wanted to do was give a new credit card number for Intasure to use to take my premium. I could not do this unless I allowed the young lady to go through all the policy with me even though I had already read all this online. I am sure the young lady had no alternative but it was five minutes of my time that I resented having to waste!”
