Always very helpful, but I haven't had to make a claim yet, I am pleased to say. If I ever do I hope that I can raise the mark to very good.

Access to website was described as unsecured so I did not risk it. Took some time for access to be restored. First phone call kept me waiting and then told me office was closed. 2nd call more successful.

Ben Darmen was very professional but easy to chat with and explained everything so clearly that I only felt comfortable speaking with him. Several others chased my initial request and quotation but when we were ready to go ahead I would only speak with Ben. Many thanks for your help Ben - one happy customer!

There are many reasons for a delay in renewing an annual insurance policy. Intrasure tried to contact me but I was away and with some comp/telephone problems. I was going to contact you on Tuesday 29th March right after Easter (a working day) but was surprised to get a call on the saturday 26th. whilst I didn't mind the call I did mind very much the time it took and it was not convenient . I didn't know how long this was going to take and I am sure I rushed this transaction as I was in the middle of something else. The intrasure person kept going on and on, I should have hung up but I didn't. Peoples time is precious and I think its a violation to ring someone up and deliberately take up their time for a good ten twelve mins when you have other important things going on. You should say how long this is going to take before you start talking. I would have called her back but I didnt know you would be working over Easter and had no clue as to how long it was taking. Generally intrasure is a good company as far as I can tell and have had good service although they seem to expect people to 'negotiate' a premium. I want to be told what it is as best price, not, at the drop of a hat be given a discount which seems to bring into question the whole pricing system.

The member of staff at Intasure who took the telephone call for our insurance renewal responded swiftly to the call, was courteous, and had the required answers to our questions. I regret that I did not catch the name of the gentleman who took the call. Perhaps if he had given his name a little more slowly at the start of the call (Thursday 24 March 2016, 4pm UK-time) I would have been able to name him as having given very good service. Anne Coulton

Intasure were very easy to deal with and reduced the premium on my rental cottage by a considerable amount for an equivalent cover.

On ringing got a customer service person immediately.Person was curtious and resolved my problem within seconds. They were very patient with me and very professional. Thank you for your help. Maurice Kiely

The lady I spoke to was very informative and managed to get the information over to me clearly and precisely. A good service The only negative I find with your company is. Last year I accidently lost my insurance cover documents which were saved on my PC. The trouble is I couldn't remember who I was insured with as the direct debit says premium credit not Intasure. Many Thanks David Leleu
