“The Intasure representative was very polite and gave me all the new information I required. When I asked for time to check other companies she was very agreeable and in the end I felt comfortable and when she rang me back as she had said she would I felt easy to go ahead with Intasure.”

“Good quote and a prompt reply. Waited a few hours for the phone call back to accept the quote, but it didn't come, so I had to phone back (from my home in Thailand, so it was expensive) and the call was cut off half way through- rather annoying. Everything clearly explained and a prompt processing of the policy.”

“Intasure made it simple to renew our holiday home insurance with a phone call. When I had not responded to their email reminding me of the renewal, they left messages on my voicemail which was useful. They provide all documents by email, and their representative was polite and efficient when I contacted them. The cost of the product was also competitive .”

“As usual I got more than 1 quote. Intasure turned out the cheapest but it was the level of cover I was more interested in. They were very prompt in adjusting the policy to meet my needs and the purchase process was very simple. The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say. Hopefully I won't need to make a claim but feel confident that they would perform as well if I did.”
