Efficient courteous service , competitive pricing one can only judge insurers fully when one makes a claim. Am claim free so can't comment on that service.

The lady that I talked with from intasure, was very helpful. But the underwriters were not so helpful. I wanted to change my cover for up to 10 people staying instead of the 8 people staying the cover we already had. The conversation bounced backwards and forwards and I never got an answer from them so I went with the original quote and cover and will phone you if I get an enquiry for more than 8 people to stay.

Go through all the details to renew (for many years) until we get to payment. The property and insurance is in both mine and my wife's name and my wife and I use her debit card and when I said it was my wife's card it all went wrong. You can't take it as my wife is not here. Maybe it is the 'rules' but sometimes common sense applies although not in your case.

Unsure of the overall insurance needs for letting our flat, I found the Intasure team very helpful and knowledgeable. It took some time to go through the process of completing all the answers to the various questions but let me say it was quicker than the 'compare ' sites method . Intasure is one of the very few companies that handle Holiday home insurance as a norm and at competitive prices, quite a refreshing experience in all.

The overall service is good, and the only suggestion would be: Give greater emphasis and guidance to direct BACS transfers. Customers are uneasy about giving card details to any company, and providing the payment included the relevant policy number as the payment reference this would avoid any problems in identifying the payments. BACS payment should be included as a normal option for all premium payments, with the receiving account Sort Code and Account Number provided.
