“The service was excellent and I got to speak to someone directly instead of having to press buttons and listen to endless music.The young man rang back when he said he would which was great. This was just like old time service. Keep it up. You could teach others.”

“The whole process was easy and provided all the necessary information to aid making a final decision. There was no 'hard sell' by the adviser, unlike some other companies and there was no pressure to buy the policy, it was my choice entirely. The cover was very good and price, which is always a factor when buying insurance, was comparable to others and cheaper than a lot. I have since reccommended the company to others who were looking for similar insurance cover.”

“I purchased a lodge that was currently insured with you. I had hoped that the previous policy could be traced to help with submitting details for the new policy, but this was not done, so I had to start the process from scratch. As I am not yet occupying the lodge, this meant that I had to contact the park staff for some of the answers, which added delay. However, I was still able to obtain cover before the old policy expired, so all was well and good.”
