“Your operatives are always polite and helpful which is the least a customer should expect and as underwriters you can only be judged firstly on your charges and finally when a client makes a claim and hopefully, I hope never to judge you on the latter.”

“The woman at the other end of the telephone was polite and helpful. The policy seems to be what I need. But the insurance industry as a whole is asking too many questions! It makes the process hard.”

“Great polite and knowledgeable service. Kept following up with phone calls after the initial quote - was going to insure anyway but need that sometimes and was able to extend the quote period before I need to worry about it.”
