“Very quick, efficient and clearly advised service. Flash to bang from online quote through advisor call to policy took about 30minutes. Haven't compared prices though so this is purely a serviced based review”

“I had difficulty registering as I presumed that the letter I in the commencement of the last three digits of the 10 digit No was number 1 and consequently was repeatedly advised that I could not register. Perhaps it would be advisable to explain that the first and last three digits of the 10 digit number were Cap Letters of the alphabet.”

“Two years ago Intasure attempted to raise my insurance premium significantly. However, when I challenged this I was quoted a rather better price for the same insurance, which somewhat reduced my trust in Intasure pricing ethically. I note that the prmium for 2016 has risen almost 4% on the previous year for the same insurance with no obvious explanation. Howard Reading, 31 Denison Road, Hazel Grove, SK7 6HR.”

“It is a bit early to rate Intasure for their performance and reliability, however in my dealings on the administrative side they have been very responsive and very helpful. I hope I do not have any disasters requiring their services but feel reasonably confident they will deal with the problem accordingly.”

“I am sorry but if, when phoning to renew the policy the phone number dialled is 1) slow to be answered and then 2) is faulty because it used several different recorded responses, unconnected to each other before before dismissing the call and disconnecting me does not give a good impression of the company.”

“Poor that had to haggle to obtain better price. Admin charges lost with Taxes .Should be disclosed separately on renewal. Why are admin and transaction fees charged at all .These are costs of doing buisiness and should be covered by profit from placing the insurance.”
