“The gentleman we dealt with on a ring back was very friendly, helpful, and efficient, it was not a lengthy process. Confirmation was emailed within minutes. Have had no claim (and hope we never do) we hope that the wonderful service will continue if we do.”

“I renewed my insurance over the phone. The lady who dealt with me was efficient, polite, helpful and guided me through the process. She had a pleasant voice and I could understand everything she was saying which isn't always the case. My renewal documents were sent online for me to print off. A good overall experience.”

“Renewals always arrive in good time, and any queries dealt with promptly and easily. Staff very helpful and efficient, I am very pleased I 'discovered' Intasure. The only problem I have is that I cannot see (easily - it MAY be there somewhere), whether my future premiums will be automatically paid by Direct Debit. For two years now I thought I had set one up, to find I hadn't ! Was soon dealt with though.”

“Overall Intasure is a good company to deal with. We now have several of our property insurances with Intasure. This might however change as other companies who we insure with are starting to offer us discounts to take on more than one of our properties which Intasure do not and to align to one overall package rather than many individual arrangements. I suspect that if you do not introduce similar we will be drifting off to other providers as policies elapse.”

“Policy good and ticks all the boxes but staff not honest with regard to clauses attached. Advised me I would definitely get money back once renovations to property were complete and even quoted me a return figure. Policy schedule says otherwise and confirmed by a phone call. Disappointed as honesty and clarity are to me essential. Listen to the recordings and you will hear that the lady concerned makes NO reference to the charges at the end of the renovation being variable!!”
