“The website is clear and informative and the member of sales staff was helpful which is often the case. They seem to provide exactly the insurance I am looking for at a reasonable price. But of course I have yet to make a claim.”

“I dealt with Sarah and also Rebecca. I found that they were both very helpful. They always phoned me back to keep me up to date with progress on my questions. The poilicy offered me more than other companies and although other companies I found were cheaper they were offering less cover and a lot less help on the phone. I felt more comfortable going with a company that can offer me the support I may need if ever there was an unfortunate time I had to make a claim.”

“Your colleague was very helpful and patient as she ploughed through the huge list of questions she must ask. She stayed cheerful - I just felt sad that her next phone call might require her to plough through them all again. Needs must, however.”

“Extremely efficient, pleasant member of staff sorted my foreign house insurance in no time. Always spot on service. Tends to be more expensive than other companies but the level of cover is far superior for our individual needs. Never made a claim but my brother, who has very similar requirements, unfortunately had to a few years ago and they were excellent in every way.”
