“I phoned Intasure but nobody was available to take my call so I left a message. I didn't expect a return call as I have done this a number of times with various companies. However, I did get a call from Natacha? who helped me very efficiently with my query, explaining everything very clearly.”

“We have used intasure before and been very happy with their service.So when we inherited a part share of a family home with 7 other family members and were getting quotes for insurance we approached intasure and other companies. Once again intasure were easy to deal with and it was not a problem that the property was owned by 8 people. Other companies were not making it easy to even get a quote and the administration would take considerable time and effort to process. We were very happy to proceed with intasure.”

“I was originally persuaded by one of your staff to insure my house as a "holiday home" because, being retired and having a boat on the French canal system together with a mobile caravan, I wanted to be able to spend 6 months or more away from my house whilst having it properly insured. For years I have thought that, on renewal, my policy was still for a "holiday home" but I was amazed and disappointed to be now told that the house was insured as a "main residence" and, consequently, if I had occupied it for less than 6 months in any year then my insurance would have been invalid! I have now managed to get the policy changed back to that for a "holiday home" and I hope that, on renewal, you will never again change the cover without first discussing it with me.”
