“My tenancy insurance was up for renewal and you'd taken over the previous provider. Your customer services rep Nicky was brilliant - I'd give her a medal if it were up to me. I'm afraid I was in a somewhat naughty mood and the poor girl was on the end of a somewhat risque comment or two. She handled it so well and not only manged to come up with an acceptable quote in the end but apart from a fit of the giggles maintained a professional approach throughout. I wish companies would have more reps like Nicky - human, approachable and friendly. A pleasure to do business with.”

“Nice to see a company ring you for a change instead of all the normal rigmarole of press 1 for sales 2 for reception etc, and a pleasant member of staff speak to you like a human being and explain the policy in a language I could understand. That's why I would recommend Intasure plus they are very competitive on price. Well done and keep up the good work.”
