“Customer service is brilliant. I have had to make a claim earlier this year for the first time and it was handled impeccably. Then last week on renewal I had a very helpful telephone conversation with a member of staff who made sure that my needs were fully met before renewal and who handled the conversation brilliantly: very friendly and helpful. I am seriously impressed with Intasure's service and will not hesitate to recommend them”

“I actually had to cancel the policy as I realised that you were unable to provide flood cover for my holiday lodge. The ladies I spoke to were incredibly helpful at dale and cancellation, and I would not hesitate to use, or recommend you in the future 😊”
