“Policy does what we want at a price we are happy with. Few corrections we had were dealt with in a friendly and efficient way.”

“I have been with this company for some years now, and I find them extremely friendly, efficient and competitive. They will phone you, or email you well in time to renew. One point of caution though, never, never, agree to auto renew, this process will always give you a computer generated price, unlike an actual physical conversation with them, allowing them to offer a generous discount. You have been warned. All in all, a painless experience.”

“Get notified well in advance of renewal which is great. I have renewed 3 times now because I like how easy it is to get renewed. Quotes are always reasonable. Staff that i have spoken to have always been professional and courteous. Intasure is a company that I like dealing with.”

“I had my questions answered professionally and advice and conditions of the contract were clearly stated and explained. The call on both occasions was returned when the person dealing with the issue was free to respond. I did not have to wait long to be contected and the issue resolved.”

“Have been with this company many years. Had to make a major claim last year following a very bad tenant. The service I received from Intasure was fantastic. Uk Based call centre with Geographical number ( i.e. free to call from most phones ). Always very courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommended.”

“Your administrative service is very good with very prompt response to initial enquiry for initial quote and policy information. The policy information & quote provided was very thorough and clear; and your response time enabled you to ensure my business against competition who were offering similarly priced cover. Slight disappointment in that you were only able to offer me a 5 % discount overall given the following. I am insuring 3 properties with you; I have insured with you previously with no claims, I have never made an insurance claim during 30 years of property insurance ownership. Hoping for maybe a 10% discount next year if no claims are made? Appreciate you have to go through lengthy telephone conversation to confirm insurance cover and take payment.Maybe wise to somehow differentiate the call and make actually taking out or reissuing a policy a free-phone number to avoid your customer being responsible for payment of what can be up to a 20 minute call. Regards Mr Sidebottom”
