“Good, friendly service giving lots of information . Only reason for not giving 5 * was because the operator spoke very quickly. I feel an older person would struggle to take on such a lot of information at such speed. I was happy with the times call back. Both times they were punctual. I would recommend them to others.”

“Had never owned a Caravan before until four years ago and after a lot of on-line reading we eventually settled for Intasure and so glad we did. The Staff are very approachable and guided us through the initial procedure as to what cover we really needed and were able to explain the ins and outs in plain language. We have renewed our cover annually every since and we have also passed their contact details to friends and relations which we would never do unless we were totally satisfied with their service. We thinks this in itself speaks volumes. Well done to all the Staff.”

“Lady on the 'phone was very helpful and covered all aspects well. Queried the transaction charge which I regarded as a "rip off", another example of companies adding costs which cannot be justified. If you need the additional money then include this in the premium and be honest. Following this there was a subsequent review of the policy and a discount given as a loyalty bonus. Also, not happy with automatic renewal and requested that this does not apply when the time for renewal is due.”
