“It would be better if you offer the opportunity to pay by direct debit in ONE payment, without any extra charges being added. We have used your company for the past 6 years, but the charges are going up each year despite no claims being made during this time span. There is not any bonus for re insuring with your company.”

“Very good service good price, used before to insure my fathers home, when he went into a care home. Tried several other companies / brokers who either couldn't insure or where a lot more money. Have not had the misfortune for a claim, and that sometimes is the best way to review a company I think. Overall no complaints at the moment”

“I obtained a number of quotes to insure my holiday home in UK. Intasure have offered the best cover at a very competitive price. I have no experience of their claim service so am unable to comment.”

“Having received an obscene renewal quote for our home insurance I contacted Instasure. They were so helpful and chirpy. I have saved a fortune and have a greater level of cover. I will be in touch re car insurance next!”
