Been with Intasure since owning my property abroad and have found the service 100% satisfactory with great renewal prices and great customer service. I would recommend Intasure as 1 of the better company's around to use if you want to receive a great service at a great price.

They got back to me really quickly with the initial response and very quickly with the actual quote. Spoke really quickly going through all the clauses, had to keep asking them to go through them again slowly and there were a lot of clauses and exceptions to go through!

I have had 2 telephone conversations which have been most helpful, efficient and stress free. The only thing I didn't like we're the follow up messages between the two phone calls I made, checking whether we were still interested in the quotation. But, as indicated, the members of staff I spoke to dealt with my request and needs in a clear, jargon free, none bureaucratic, highly effective way. Great! Thank you.

Intasure was recommended by Hiscox (who were unable to offer me the product I needed). It took a number of calls and ring-backs, dealing with three different people, to finalize the policy, which is extremely verbose, but a satisfactory conclusion was reached. I would wish that these policies told you what they DO cover you for, rather than pages and pages telling what they DON'T...

The guy that rang me tried on several occasions as the card I previously paid on had been Replaced ,, I thought everything was OK . He persisted which is good because my mob .number wasn't up to date either ,,, good on him to keep trying my home number otherwise my insurance would have lapsed .

I have had to chase for the Insurance Quote and have had to amend information supplied, even though I had spelt out the names.

My experience with the website was a nightmare - hence the good score rather than very good. The fact you called me back quickly after my email was fab. The advisor who called was excellent and helped immensely. The lady deserved a very very good rating.

I had trouble getting the cover I needed for the work I do. L rang many places before I spoke to intasure. They took the time to make a plan for me and we're still the cheapest. Outstanding.

Intasure rang me to see how see what I taught of their quote. I was a little surprised to be asked this as It hadn't happened before. The girl that called was very helpful and pleasant. At the end of our conversation I got my insurance a little cheaper. Good service, good product. M.

I was transferred to Instasure from another company as they could not offer me the insurance required for my business. I received an email stating that either I could provide a suitable time for a call or call Instasure myself and I chose the latter. I explained the needs of my business to the representative, Eric, who then informed me as to what the company could offer. He then said that he would go away and find a cost and then ring me back. He did this and then said that he would email me the full information and then call me again at an agreed time. He rang at the exact time and then went through the policy with me on the telephone and took the payment. The whole process was simple, quick and efficient. Very impressed so far and hope that I don't ever need to make a claim!

Good service on substantive product, but didn't welcome the unsolicited, speedy follow-up on sale of products I don't want/need, which kept coming, despite a request to stop. Much better to include a 'tick box' on front end page, then customers could opt or not for this information and then wouldn't be bothered by stuff for which they haven't asked. Thanks.
