“I did receive my order however this review is based on Intense oud's Customer Service as I have not yet tried the products. I had an issue with the final delivery of my order. I contacted Intense oud via email and to be honest with you, I didn't think it would be resolved with me living in Canada and Intense oud out of the US. Well... Shame on me! I was completely wrong. A very nice and thorough associate named Neha reacted immediately to my concern and the delivery of my order was completed on the next business day. If their oils are as good as their Customer service, then I know that I will be pleased and I have no reason not to think so! As a matter of fact, I'll do a follow-up review once I have tried them. Thank you Neha for turning a negative into a positive.”
