“First of all your system is extremely flawed. I purchased item that at time of the purchase was available . But later on was not even send me a wrong item .. But your company has a gem in Fatima Bisma who was extremely professional with the email back and forth. As for purchasing again I am not sure . I would suggest invest in a better database storage procedure and update your software . I donot know if it would be fair to give a rating .”

“Still waiting for my fragrance to be delivered. I bought two items from Intense Oud on March, 13 2024 and was advised that shipping would be done via DHL. I was charged £48 for the delivery and it's been a week since I received a notification that the items have been shipped, but I still haven't received my parcel from the states. I have been checking the DHL website to track my parce, but there is no update showing up on their system to say when they will be delivering my parcel. With regard to the perfume itself, I can't write any review yet as I haven't used them on myself to be able to comment whether they smell lovely or not. For the pricing aspect of the fragrance, I can only write my view when I have received and tried fragrance on my person. In all, I think the delivery charges is too expensive for the time DHL are taking to deliver the items. I was expecting to receive my parcel within a week considering paying almost £50 for the two items.”

“First time ordering from this company, I decided to order from here because of all the reviews claiming they ship quickly and they had they fragrance I wanted for a decent price (not the lowest, the company with the lowest price was out of stock). Even their website states they ship orders same day if the order is placed before 11a CST. I placed my order on a Tuesday 2p CST, and expected it to be shipped the following day. It's been over a week and the fragrance still hasn't shipped. I contacted them a couple of days and believe I received an auto-reply asking I give it another day. My order has now been sitting in "Label Created" status for the last two days. This is my first and last time order from Intense Oud. Gave 2 stars for good product selection and pricing. Shipping time is atrocious. I order a hoodie from Spain ( I live in AZ) recently and it arrived faster.”
