First time ordering from this company, I decided to order from here because of all the reviews claiming they ship quickly and they had they fragrance I wanted for a decent price (not the lowest, the company with the lowest price was out of stock). Even their website states they ship orders same day if the order is placed before 11a CST. I placed my order on a Tuesday 2p CST, and expected it to be shipped the following day. It's been over a week and the fragrance still hasn't shipped. I contacted them a couple of days and believe I received an auto-reply asking I give it another day. My order has now been sitting in "Label Created" status for the last two days. This is my first and last time order from Intense Oud. Gave 2 stars for good product selection and pricing. Shipping time is atrocious. I order a hoodie from Spain ( I live in AZ) recently and it arrived faster.
