“I recently placed an order with Intenseoud through a third party vendor. Something was lost in communication so my order wasn't received properly. Despite the confusion, April at Intenseoud took incredible care of me and my order. She called back promptly after I left a message inquiring about the status of my order and quickly resolved the issue. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time.
