“Hi, I probably wouldn't have given any feedback normally, but the survey prompted some thoughts. I think your website and service are very good, and the product was delivered quickly and was well packaged.
I purchased an Ultrapack SW, as I just need a lightweight shelter for occasional use. I tried it for 2 nights on an exercise out in the hills and found it to be unsuitable for anything other than dead calm conditions. Even a light breeze causes the tent to deform, making a lot of noise and caving in the walls. I had two nights of moderate NW wind it was quite unpleasant - thankfully the weather was dry.
The quality of the tent is ok for what it is. I acknowledge I probably purchased the wrong model, but I do feel that advertising this as 2-3 season tent in NZ conditions is quite a stretch. As a result I won't get much use from it. Thanks”
“I bought the Indi 1 tent from intents outdoors, served me really well on my 3week long backpacking trip. Len's service is excellent, he even gave me a bonus groundsheet so as not to damage the tent floor unnecessarily. Recommended tent and company!”
“So far so good. All the camping equipment I have been using seems to be of top quality. Very practical and reliable. It only remains to be seen how durable it is going to be.”
“fast and helpful service. Nothing bad to say really other than a lot of things seem to be out of stock but that is the same as most suppliers at the moment.”
“Bought a Khan Geodesic tent 2 years ago. Great small tent, lots of ventilation flaps that open & close for both for hot & cold nights, quality zips, dry entrance when raining & very stable in the wind, never had to bother with guy ropes yet.
Plenty of room for two adults, also been OK with 1 adult & 2 kids”
