“Hi, I probably wouldn't have given any feedback normally, but the survey prompted some thoughts. I think your website and service are very good, and the product was delivered quickly and was well packaged.
I purchased an Ultrapack SW, as I just need a lightweight shelter for occasional use. I tried it for 2 nights on an exercise out in the hills and found it to be unsuitable for anything other than dead calm conditions. Even a light breeze causes the tent to deform, making a lot of noise and caving in the walls. I had two nights of moderate NW wind it was quite unpleasant - thankfully the weather was dry.
The quality of the tent is ok for what it is. I acknowledge I probably purchased the wrong model, but I do feel that advertising this as 2-3 season tent in NZ conditions is quite a stretch. As a result I won't get much use from it. Thanks”

“Bought a Khan Geodesic tent 2 years ago. Great small tent, lots of ventilation flaps that open & close for both for hot & cold nights, quality zips, dry entrance when raining & very stable in the wind, never had to bother with guy ropes yet.
Plenty of room for two adults, also been OK with 1 adult & 2 kids”
